Dated and not very clean The beds were very uncomfortable

The price was reasonable. The room was halfway decent, but WAY TOO MANY NEGATIVES!

Not much. The hallways, elevator and entrance were in seriously bad shape and smelled. There was trash lying around in the Elevator. There were no dishes silverware or even a cup to handle a hot beverage (not even a paper one). Upon request for a single paper cup, the front desk was not able to accommodate, which was made more painful by the fact that there was no breakfast. The train was too loud and kept me up al night. If not for the train, the highway sounds would have kept me up. The people cooking food on an open car engine was hard to fathom. Also, there is no store less than a mile away.

The rooms were dirty and outdated they don't offer breakfast or have a swimming pool like they were advertising the front desk helper was VERY RUDE THIS LOCATION IS MORE FOR PEOPLE THAT NEEDS A PLACE TO LIVE ...NOT VACATION, LATE NIGHT GET AWAY

Check in is not convenient. Trying to get assistant is not easy. Night check I’m didn’t know what they were doing

The location was convenient for me.

The staff were less than hospitable, to say the least. One incident that stood out from the rest was one involving Sonia, the overnight clerk. One day I was awaiting my taxi near the property, and happened to look in the direction of what she informed was her vehicle. She popped her head out of a window on the ground floor and proceeded to unleash a tirade of bizarre statements, and demanded that I "get away from" her vehicle. I didn't know which vehicle was hers, as my gaze was not focused on any one particular object, but I did get as far from this window that she was yelling from, fairly quickly, not knowing what to expect next. Other concerns relate to conditions of the property itself, which included electricity in my room not working, requiring me to experience the inconvenience of having to switch rooms, air-conditioning that produced more noise than cool air, sparse to non existent heat, extra fees for things like "enhanced internet," and a "linen fee" which were not provided in the former instance, or only sporadically provided the latter instance. There were additional issues, but I think I have conveyed enough thus far to have done my civic duty, forewarning others not to stay at the WoodSpring Suites Hotel, Lenexa Kansas.

The property is very out dated, the elevator was broken. very strong smoking smell through out the property. inside the room is very dirty, the bathtub has something in it looks like blood, and there was some random woman banging on the door and yelling and cusing out of nowhere. This place is very crippy and scary.
