Breakfast and location was good

Pool and hot tub closed the day of my arrival. No prior notification. No option to cancel due to reservation being made through booking.com.

very clean place, bed was great, quit hotel.

Loved the pool for the grandkids

Staff was inattentive many many many rules broken at the pool including a group of 20 playing card with food and drink. I'm pretty sure we were the only ones with wrist bands, they weren't offered upon checking we went and git them. Groups of up to 10 kids doing a "train" and going down the slide at one time. I had to tell a teenager to stop hitting my 4 year old in the head with a basketball (it wasn't on purpose but the 4 year old had to be in the shallow end and he was throwing it from the deep end) after the 3rd time I told him to stop or we were going to have a pretty. The next morning the hot tub wasn't working because I guess some guests got in it at 1am while drinking and knocked the chemicals out of wack. The maintenance person got it going quickly. It caused more work for him. And alot of kids in the hot tub. I think the sliding glass doors need to be lock from the pool side at 10 pm. For safety as well small children could open the doors and go out while their parents aren't watching or sleeping soundly.

Breakfast was awesome. Much better than most free breakfasts.

The hot tub was under repair and unavailable.

hot tub wasn’t up and we called about it before staying, people next to us were up party all night and we woke up to them having sex (could hear everything through the wall, breakfast was too crowded, checkout use to be noon now it’s 11, font desk doesn’t know all her staff. cobwebs in corner even on the dresser/ tv stand. toilet paper wasn’t changed out from and empty roll, we have to ask for a microwave then they made us set it up and when we did it still didn’t work.
