The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room was larger than the average hotel room. The location of the hotel was also great and very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast was not good. It was cold and lacked flavor. I think most of the food was frozen food. The food tasted like it had been cooked or warmed up in a microwave due to the rubbery texture. If this location does not have a kitchen or cook to prepare food properly, a good yogurt with fresh fruit and granola, not Yoplait, would be a better option than frozen biscuits, watery gravy, and microwaved sausage. Oatmeal with toppings and a toaster to make fresh toast with jam would be other options versus the current menu.

O lençol das camas estava todo amassado como se tivesse sido usado por outro hóspede. A iluminação do quarto é pessima. O carpete estava todo sujo. A limpeza diária do quarto não foi realizada mesmo tendo sido solicitada. O espaço do café da manhã é insignificante frente ao tamanho do hotel e a quantidade de hóspedes, bem como a quantidade de comida servida, já que logo as 7 horas da manhã, ou seja, apenas 1 hora após o início do serviço já não tinha mais café nem água quente (que foram repostos depois de muita insistência) nem pão. A localização do hotel também é bem inviável para o turismos

The desk staff was very helpful. We weren't expecting a hot, fresh cooked breakfast so that was a pleasant surprise.

Very nice...location is centered nicely around dining and shops and I40....very clean and comfortable rooms. We were at another hotel on the other side of town and had a horrible experience so this definitely made up for it...Definitely use again when in Knoxville.

The staff was friendly.

The noise level in the rooms was very uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and you could hear doors opening and closing all night. The property is also dog friendly and our neighbors had a dog that barked all night long keeping us awake.

Nothing never got to stay my money wasn’t good enough.

Between booking. Credit card verification by email and talking on phone all which got my address at every turn, my girlfriend who I was sending to have a night to herself without kids or any worries was denied access to staying there cause she was “local” even though it said no such thing in booking.com or their own website. Thanks. Sometimes people just want a night away and you failed to take a paying customer when you had room.
