The staff were always friendly. The poor night guy was so overworked. He was doing everything for everyone solo when he needed 3 helpers minimum.
My room was absolutely filthy. I had to go buy my own cleaner and scrub it down myself. I have photos of the way I found the room upon check in. I definitely left it better than I found it. The furniture was in horrible shape.

Cleanliness. Bed is comfortable. Space in the accessible room was decent.
Noise from above. Kids banging on the floor was very audible
Breakfast is very simple (coffee/tea, supermarket muffins and granola bars)

The Coffee Maker not only came with coffee & "condiments", but also with a mug & spoon,
Next stay I will request an even numbered room in hopes of avoiding the smokers partying outside. They were still using their "outdoor voices" after midnight.

stephanie in housekeeping does a fantastic job, the male housekeeper was very helpful, and Tamika at front desk is always a pleasant face to greet and help.
The other staff members should learn to be just as pleasant.
Most of the other staff was a sharp contrast from the friendly housekeeper and front desk agent, Tamika.

Love that i can bring my dog! Love having a kitchenette in the room! Location was perfect for me. Love having a coffee maker in the room.
Would really enjoy some real half and half creamer with the coffee!

The room was clean and priced good. That was basically it and it had a nice room setup.
The front desk clerk wasn't the nicest and I had reserved 2 rooms but was only able to get 1 when I got there to check in

Location good. Just muffins in plastic for breakfast and coffee. A little disappointing in comparison with similarly priced hotels. Bed comfortable and staff at front desk efficient at check in and at checkout.
Place was a little dark and appeared dingy. Like dull lighting in hallways and dark colors in room. Also old furniture in the room.
