Rude staff,, homeless ppl in stairwells, roaches. Broke tv. Terrible place. Disgusting

the workers are rude The lady at front desk DEBRA is ignorant the rooms are super nasty

A random man knocked on our door TWICE. My husband told him he had the wrong room the first time. It was late at night. Made me feel quite uncomfortable. Also, the room wasn't clean..... We cleaned it ourselves.

It was very spacious ,the range countertop was very effective.

Their were Cockroaches so it wasn't easy to cook or warm up anything or they came out, not enough clean towels as they were needed.!!

I called trying to get beat I couldn’t get heat nobody ever came . the bed felt like rods in my back . my body hurts from metal and I got up and left slept in my car ! the door shut so hard and slow . would stay in a certain spot very unsafe . police have to sit outside at night so be aware

I did not like anything about this place.

This place is horrible I would not recommend it to anyone. There are criminals and vagrants all over the place, it seems St Louis County dumped every section 8 Voucher recipient into this place. Definitely a traveler's nightmare.

The hospitality of the staff. even the homeless men were nice. I sucked d!cc for drugs too
