It’s very nice and clean. The rooms are very nice large rooms. Everyone has very nice and helpful. Nice location in the middle of everything.

The property is conveniently located in the downtown area near a myriad of restaurants and within close proximity to the University. I like the cleanliness of the facility and guest rooms. The buffet style breakfast is very good with a good variety of foods to suit guest needs. We enjoyed the sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs and toast. There is also fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and cereal. An added bonus is Starbucks drinks on-site available 24 hours although I did not get to partake in this amenity during this visit.
The staff is very accommodating and professional.
The only downside is the cost of parking at about $20 per night although there is an attendant available 24 hours so I can’t complain much about that.

That girl in the front was so rude and not trying to give me a refund I basically paid for a room I never even stayed at I still need a refund.

Parking fee & lot was too small. They had an overflow lot a block away but for $20+ per night should be able to park directly next to hotel.

We did not get the room we booked, we got the first floor and it was not available until 2 hours after original check in.

The moment we got to the second floor and the elevator opened the hallway smelled awful. There were metal trash bins every 5-10 feet away from each other. The room had the same smell. It is our first time to tru hyatt. We left really early at 4am because of the we were not comfortable. The AC was a bit loud too. We are always at downtown every saturday with friends. We try every hotel and in hyatt we had a bad experience

Location of this property made me to reach people easy.

Hotel staff was very kind and friendly, complimentary breakfast was delicious. Especially the fruit provided for yogurt and my kids loved the little cereal bar . Pool was accessable with room key that makes it private for hotel guest only I loved that. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel the food lab was expensive but lots to choose from and very delicious. Overall very kind staff that made us feel very comfortable.

Always stay here when I come to town for my daughters dance competitions. Love the free breakfast and the room is spacious.
My only suggestion is that you notify guests upon check in about the overflow parking you have available. I got back late and had no where to park. I had to pay to park at the other hotel across the street. When I went to the front desk to request a refund for one night of parking, that's when I was informed about your overflow parking lot.

The breakfast was fantastic and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and familiar with the area. The location was also incredibly central to downtown riverside. Easy to get to the places we wanted to tour.

It took an hour to check in, kitchen was closed due to lack of help and I paid 22 dollars for parking!!!!

the parking was really hard and very limited space on this property. the bathroom smelled like sewer but it was clean. the smell just didn’t sit well with us

The mattress was much firmer than other Hyatt Place hotels I've stayed at. I prefer the the softer mattresses that I've recently slept on at the North Phoenix and the Scottsdale locations. Other than the the mattress everything met my expectations.

my only negative is having to pay for parking. I’d rather it be included in my overall price and just be told parking is free. it’s annoying to arrive at a hotel and then be told you need to pay for parking after you’ve already paid for the room. other than that, it was a great stay
