The rooms were not together, the rooms were a mess and disgusting when we arrived, the communication between management members is terrible.

*Same Trash on floor in hall all 3 days of my stay *Room 348: water from bath or shower ( curtain not wide enough?) flows out into kitchen floor to edge with carpet. I mopped up, but then I understood why it’s deteriorating and crunchy under foot at that seam. *Children playing and screeching in back parking lot till midnight. *Kitchen ware had to be requested ( next door it’s provided) It was late, I was tired, and English speakers in short supply *Seriously wonder last time the carpet was cleaned

Location is close to the mall, but not walkable.

This property is desperately in need of maintenance and cleaning staff. The policy when we stayed was twice weekly cleaning, but across the entire building this is clearly not frequent enough. As I entered the building the smell hit me like a cannonball. Garbage, and grime smell was so pungent that I dry heaved at one point walking out the side door to my car.

The room was large with a standard size fridge. The electric stoves were there for cooking but we weren't prepared to cook with 2-night stay.

The breakfast wasn't even typical continental and very minimal.

This is a terrible place, it's so dirty and uncomfortable.

I got there at 10pm so tired from driving from New Jersey to the hotel for a family gathering. I get there the bathroom was dirty the floor needed to be mopped room was dirty. I checked the sheets they Were dirty had Pubic hair so Disgusting. I go to the front Desk they changed me to a different room and the room was dirty as well the bathroom had Urine all over the toilet. They need To hire people that really cares about sanitary And their responsibilities as cleaning service.
