All meet my expectations

Breakfast was fabulous, room was clean, most staff were very friendly!!

Front desk check-in was difficult! After traveling for 11 hrs, we were tired and just wanted to get to a comfy room! I booked the hotel with my name and email but paid with my husband's credit card! My husband waited in the car out front! Clerk refused all of my identification and insisted on my husband checking in! Told me I had to park at the back of the building and come back in with hubby to check in! I asked her how we were supposed to get back into the building if we didn't have a key, her response was "good point", wasn't helpful at all! Very frustrating when the two of us were staying together and I had all the ID, but he had to go in!!! Considering that we are snow birds and travel twice a year every year and specifically look for a Drury Inn to stay in because we normally get the best treatment and know that the room is going to be clean and comfortable! This particular spot, the entrance way and elevator was not clean, had old cigarette butts on the floor in the elevator!

Staff was great. Good location to the college and other amenities.

Hard bed and flat pillows.

Everything was great. To be able to have a hot breakfast before heading out for the day was a great way to start the day. Then to come back to dinner and drinks, what more could you ask for.

Food was great and esp . the room. Exceptional service by Ray at the front desk. Ray above and beyond . Thanks so much

Staff was exceptionally friendly and my bed was clean and comfy. I love the free hot breakfast and light dinners, saved so much not having to eat out.

Lack of cleanliness in my room…. there was popcorn on the floor from the previous guest and the side table had something sticky spilled. Also, the shower didn’t work properly because the water poured out of the bathtub faucet. I made do, but the room could use some updating and a vacuum.

Room is great - good bed, TV and private bathroom. Breakfast is good.

Breakfast time cutlery and plates can be better.
