There was a cucaracha on the room

The room floor was dirty and the main reason of our bad score is that there was no hot water. We called and there was no resolution to our problem so we literally bathed with cold water. They couldn’t offer any discount because we booked through a different source. I felt as if the lady at check out didn’t believe me so I offered her to go check herself. She said she would send maintanince man first thing. We had room 325.

Location

They don’t do a thorough clean, barely clean and the hallways smell. Rug needs to be steam clean .

The bed sheets were dirty

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the young lady at check in was phenomenal. She was quick to check me in while maintaining a professional attitude and smile. The room was comfy. Not too much, but just what I needed to lay my head. Quiet too.

My stay was actually pretty good; so there isn't anything a didn't like

everything was clean and very nice staff

Being so close to the border was a plus

There was no microwave nor fridge in the rooms. there was only one single microwave in the entire facility and it was located in the waiting area. not sure why there was a safe, it seems to me that a microwave and fridge would be more useful.

Everything was amazing, the pool was very clean compared to other hotels.
