The jacuzzi in my room didn't work

I loved that the suite had a separate room for my andy spouse and the kids could sleep in their own space. The staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. The workout space was not being used so I was able to workout with no one else around, even if it was a bit crowded with the spare fold out beds.

I really wish that the separate bedroom had it's own PTAC, because our space was rather warm at night while the kids were a bit chilly in their space.

The staff has always been nice, always helpful. The location is great. The rooms are usually clean and comfortable.

Internet! We couldn’t stream any shows or movies because it kept going in and out. Live TV wasn’t much better. Breakfast! I’m a diabetic and you don’t really offer anything I can eat. I brought my own breakfast and microwaved it in the room. The first morning there was a large group in the breakfast area and nobody seemed to notice things we’re running out. The only thing I could have was coffee and and orange and there wasn’t any coffee. My husband did ask at the front desk if there was any way I could get some.

Out dated hotel. Walls need painted, decor needs updated, TV too small with just basic cable. WIFI was not working. Large area to hang clothes and we were furnished with two hangers.

Water was not very hot , alot of things hanging around the parking lot !

I enjoyed the breakfast greatly. The rooms were very comfortable and updated. The facilities all around were kept up and nice. We would gladly stay here again.

Getting into the parking lot was a little confusing but that is due to poor lighting.

The bathroom was small and the toilet was really low. My husband and I have joint problems so that was a challenge.

The friendly staff was always willing to help and answer questions about the area as we just moved to Kansas from California.

The breakfast hours, till 10 am woukd be better for traveling

Building is rundown. Mattress old and lumpy. Time for a refresh.

The room we were in was very big! There was a ton of room! The staff was so kind and sweet to us.

Good breakfast opions and the location was good for what I needed. Staff was also very friendly and helpful!

The front end staff, particularly Charlie provide exceptional service at this facility. It is a real gem.

Seemed there were staffing challenges and the room was not cleaned daily during the stay. Eventually requested new towels from housekeeping.
