A bit pricey.

everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice and comfortable

The showers are not logical for someone who doesn’t want to get their hair soaked. a regular shower head would be nice, not something that pours out directly on your head. the wand that was on the wall isn’t great my husband turned it on and was shot directly in the face lol

the location . smelled phenomenal.

things are worn/dated ,stains on furniture ie carpet, desks furniture. looks old. not a typical Westin vibe. I had to move rooms my second night due to the noise and chaos in my hall and the rooms across the hall. I called multiple times and supervisor just dismissed it. went for 3.5 hours. finally had to go down to lobby to say something. then I was moved to a new room not the people causing the issue. after 11pm and I had to pack everything up and move. awful awful experience. not what I expect at Westin.

At time of check in I asked for an upgrade if available and was told that full length windows would be it?! Nice to look out onto a highway..Breakfast voucher would have been better

Parking is in the rear of the hotel and if I were a single female I wouldn’t feel very safe parking back there… very seedy area.

I was there for 7 days and my room was not clean once even though I request 3xs to have it clean.
