The evening meal was unexpected. It was very good. Such a value added. Breakfast also was great. Such a variety. Everyone was pleasant & helpful.

The room we had was arranged oddly. Queen, but more of a suite. Tub didn't drain with shower on. Closet was in bathroom. Nothing really wrong.

I didn't appreciate not being told that they have to hold $50 til you check out ; what if I needed that $50 thinking it's on my card but it's not and after I found out it was missing off my card I called back up to the hotel to see why I was over charged and I don't appreciate the way I was told about it the attitude !!!!!

The fact that the rooms came with a decent buffet breakfast and dinner was a welcome surprise! Staff at the bar in the dining area were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming, and the 4x included drinks were also very welcome.

The rooms are a bit dated - all had airconditioning, but it was very elderly - very noisy throughout the night, and combined with the in-room fridge it sounded like we were sleeping inside the engine bay of a truck. Didn't see much in the way of sidewalks around the property, so getting to the Target across the road required driving to and from.

staff not available at front desk late night although it was told they are available 24/7. Property had roaches, linens had stains which indicate housekeeping does no clean rooms properly.

Everything was great. Customer service was amazing. My kids enjoyed the food. Food was high end restaurant quality. Really happy. We will be back.

Furniture was well used. Beds were hard. Room was not real cool. Needed some major updating in my opinion for the price of the hotel.
