Loved the location
We booked a bay view room and they gave us a city view room, and claimed the room we wanted "wasn't available", but offered us no upgrade or discount. There were problems with the hotel that they did not disclose in advance, like their restaurant being closed for renovations, and that the parking structure was not attached to the hotel and we had to walk outside in the snow to get back into the hotel. Then they charged us $15 a day for "free" parking and refused to give us a refund.

Bay view. Cleanest room I have ever been in. 55 INCH tv. Outstanding. Beautiful bathroom. Cant say enough about this property. BK

I loved the pool was open late. The staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful and clean
I did not like that the hotel was a dusty mess 😭 n the lobby. I get that renovations are being done. But I feel as though we should have been compensated for not getting the full experience. The price did not change for the room. Also we told the fridge not desk we would be leaving at 1pm. Still staff banged on the door and then opened it. Even though I said that we are still in here. I was half naked in the bathroom

Great location, a free shuttle service to the airport.
The hotel never received our booking information from booking.com though the reservation showed as confirmed on my end. We spent more than an hour in the lobby sorting out that situation and ended up booking with the hotel directly and then getting a booking cancellation from booking.com customer service.

The bayside view was beautiful. The hotel was very clean felt luxurious.
The room price was kind of higher than I was expecting with the size of the room being smaller than I had imagined. Also the club lounge was a great perk just wish there were more snacks and drinks to choose from.

Shuttle from the airport was convenient. The View was nice. They had a good local red wine. Employees we're nice.
My Room was absolutely disgusting upon check in. Bed Pillows had multiple strands of hair on them. Mattress had urine stains on it. During shower, the water wouldn't drain properly. - I should've received a full refund. (I've never experienced a Sheraton or Marriott like this. - Extremely disappointing & disgusting)

The view from our room was amazing.. definitely the best part of this trip
The room was "old". Paint was peeling, bathroom was not clean, and why after paying over $400 for a 1night stay, should you then be charged more for parking???? Awful!!!!!

Breakfast was fantastic we brought our dog and everything is very accommodating to the fur babies!
Chris at the front desk was very nice! We asked him a question about breakfast and he answered it instantly. We got to chatting and he was generous enough to give me and my fiancé a complimentary breakfast card. Loved every part of that breakfast thank you Chris your girlfriend did an excellent job cooking our meals!! Hope you, your kids and dog are well!
