Location was great about 1 miles South of Arnold's Park.

Softened water is slimy. The thin quilt in between the two sheets comes up just past my waist so everything about my waist only had two sheets to keep warm. Didn't like the noisy, flimsy flooring noise when people were walking above my room and in the hallway. If you like super sugary sweet waffles, then this is the place. Besides bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal or hard boiled eggs, there was no protein like hot bacon, sausage or any type of cooked eggs, ever. The shampoo and body wash were one in the same which I've never seen before ever.

The room with 2 queen beds and the sofa bed was perfect size, although the sofa bed was horrible, ripped and very uncomfortable, we basically slept on wires/ springs, very bad quality.

Room was very musty and damp. Old and soft mattresses. A/C had to run all night to try and get smell out. Needed extra blanket not available.
