It’s beautiful and clean

There was a wedding and they had breakfast out in lobby we didn’t realize it was for a wedding and this rude guy came out and humiliated us there was no signs we had no idea

My stay was amazing

Location was great! It was quite and not busy.

I was told that parking was free but at check out I found out everyone gets billed for parking. Not to sure about that one. One of the beds in our double bed room was broken. It about fell off the bed frame when I laded down. I tried to fix it but it look like pieces were missing. So we put the kids on that bed. I sure would have thought there would be a free breakfast.

Staff was friendly and fast, which always is a big plus.

The bathroom was dated and had a couple things that made me feel like it wasn’t completely clean.

Parking included was a perk. Room very comfortable and the breakfast was tops! Looked forward to the very extensive and yummy breakfast buffet every morning. Staff were engaging and nice. Gym was clean and equipment in working order. Overall a great stay.

Loved the Staff at the restaurant/barr ROOT-Chris, Alicia and the others; liked the staff at teh Reception:very helpful contrary tothose cleaning the rooms who made our stay alittlle tricky--- changing the times of clean-up, loosing some of our clothes which got eventualy found and we loved the gentleman at Breakfast who smiled Manuel all the time. Facilities were truly grand with a good swimming pool where we met other friends and the gym and the overall building surrounded by flowers and gardens- well done!

The hotel itself was great, just happened to stay at the wrong time I guess.

Fire alarms went off all night with an armed person running around the hotel. There was absolutely no communication and the hotel had a lot of people sitting in front of the hotel completely unaware of the situation. Unsafe to say the least. Although this is not a common occurrence (I hope), there needs to be a set plan for these types of situations and communication with guests needs to be a priority.

I didn’t realize the beds were twins and not queens, that was a bit tight with all of us in one room.

I liked the breakfast. and the location.

I did not like that they did not have body soap in the bathroom. they had a empty bottle of body soap. and my wife asked for some pillows, they kept telling us its on the way. but for the 3 nights we were there, we never got them.

I enjoyed that there was food options on-site. I also enjoyed the layout of the hotel.

We loved the staff greeted us and willing to answer all our questions. The location was perfect for where we needed. The rooms were very clean and big. Comfortable beds. Very high tech hotel. The children loved the pool with the led changing lights. We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be back soon

the staff was extremely rude, and the kicked me and my husband out for a crying child. they also went into our room without permission.

Random / request-only housekeeping. Disappointing breakfast buffet with very limited choices and no variability, get your breakfast somewhere else if you can.

It was nice, no hot tub but pool was alright. The bathroom had poor lighting and we got woken up very early by loud banging and screaming. The hotel staff is aware of the situation. The carpet in our room was old and felt dirty. But the carpet in the hall way was clean and new.
