Good breakfast - location easy to find, but sign good be bigger as it doesn't stand out very well & we drove by.
Stairs only - no elevator are a bit of a problem, but we were able to do it. I don't remember that being mentioned in the reviews.

Quiet location, close to where we needed to be. Parking was adequate.
Breakfast—we never ate it because the breakfast room was overpacked, food was out (all 4 coffee dispensers were out, one tiny muffin and a few bagels left, juice dispenser out and just watery liquid came out, no recognizable staff in site working on refilling, etc.) We ended up driving down the road to eat at Perkins. The dining space was too crowded to hold the people in there. Although we didn’t need it, an elevator would have been nice if you had trouble carrying your suitcase to second floor. One small bar of soap so we had to use it for both the shower and sink.

Quiet and the pool was great
Our only issue was booking online thought I had booked the room on first floor not what we got after going up and down stairs a couple times we had to stay in cause with my bad knees I just couldn’t do it anymore

we had bugs come up through drain t/o night. The lady working front desk was very unfriendly. She made it seem as we were bothering her when we needed to ask for towels.

The location for our need was good. Our room was ok.
The bathroom was not very clean.
Walls and mirror were dirty.
Shower was really really small and tight quarters.
Caulking around tub area was gray and dirty.
Carpet felt dirty on our feet. .
Beds had terrible pillows that were flat. Could not sit up comfortably to watch TV.
Small size towels for the pool that you had to ask for at the desk.
The clerk was not helpful with knowing places that had good food or delivery options.
The PRICE $$$ was outrageous for how out dated it was,
We will not be staying there again.

close to all types of events. very good breakfasts. good beds.
toilet and shower had black mold around them. they would only change sheets and clean room 1 time in 5days and I had to beg them to do that. shower did not drain properly and had to stand in ankle deep water while showering. bath light was out.

Breakfast was more than adequate.
Lack of an elevator restricted me to a first floor room, at nearly double the price I was quoted when I made the reservation. Wakeup call system was seriously flawed, though the front desk person claimed it was working fine. My hearing is compromised, but it's not so bad that I can't hear a phone that's two. feet away
