Comfy bed, HUGE shower, loved the spa.
The pillows were really big and hard, so I used the couch down pillow and the towels were super small and paper thin.

The spa in the room was great!
The air conditioner did not cool the whole room. Only right next to the unit by the door.
The room said it came with a microwave but we had to go to the front desk to request one.
The room had three small towels and when we went and asked for more they acted like it was a big deal to give us any.
When we checked in it felt like we were inconvenienceing them.
The light switch in the bathroom turned on the light over the spa which was next to the bed. Turning the light on in the bathroom in the middle of the night turned on a light right next to the bed.

not a lot of parking. door didn’t seem to close all the way. key didn’t work to open door a few times. there was stuff on peep hole to look out obstructing view. there was gunk on the control, toilet did not flush properly. a lot of sketchy people around there.

Nothing, I would love to have a refund honestly
Everything, no hot water to take a shower, no cable, nothing to watch on the tv, staff was kinda rude for asking why the TV wasn't working or the hot water, they charged twice a deposit but it hasn't come back to my account.

I like the Spa tub in the room, the size of the bed, and the standing shower.
The bug we found on our pillow after the sheets were changed. I'm not sure if it was a bed bug or a tick. Not enough towels were provided and had to ask for more.

Literally nothing. There was nothing to like. Very unclean and dated. Uncovered lighting In bathroom (fan) was just a light bulb encased In dirt.
Everything. Backwards plumbing. (Hot and cold water) Cockroaches, Carpet was a tripping hazard. Very unclean. Entire room was dated. Looked like a trip In time back to the 1980's.

It’s nice and clean
I booked a room which I liked because of the extra sofa but the lock was not working and I got moved to another one which I preferred the first one better
And pool was on but not open

It was close to where we needed, the reason why we came.
The pool was down and we were looking forward to it.

What I didn't like is the graffiti on the bathroom door. They should take the time to wash it off. It's more professional that way. I don't want to see that!

Nothing the first room was so smelly I asked for refund was willing to sleep in car the walls had holes from repair that weren’t done right the tub was awful we left in morning went straight home to shower
