Location. Close to bryson city the casino and rafting and you can fish on the river right at the cabin.

It was conveniently located to Bryson City and the restaurants there. The room was very clean and the place was extremely quiet. No breakfast, but there were places not far away.
It could use a cuteness upgrade, but otherwise, no complaints.

The water in one of our rooms was not working, we checked in the late evening, attempted to shower after 11 pm w/ no H20, and when requested a discount on room cost, declined to offer any discount

There was no breakfast of any kind. We could not even find a coke machine.
We had 3 rooms counting our 2 sons. Our room was OK it smelled like it had been cleaned., but theirs had an oder to it. Musty or closed up.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I chose it based on reviews & was not disappointed. It looked a little dubious when we arrived in the dark but when we got to our room we were delighted, it was charming! It was clean as a pin & had everything we needed for our stay. We had a riverfront room & the view was great, my young grandson loved watching the river go by. The location was very convenient to downtown which was nice. We're not big luxury hotel type people & prefer local establishments so if you want something a little more unique, this is your place!
The beds were pretty comfortable but I noticed a little squeak in the mattress when moving around on it, but it was on an iron bed frame so could have been that instead. Either way it wasn't enough to interfere with my sleep.

The driveway is steep and difficult to pull out into tragic.
The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait over an hour. There was trash right outside our door that was never swept up.

they charged me for an extra night when I did not stay and I even called the office the day before to let them know. They never call you back the beds are so bad to lay in your back and your body will hurt for the next two days. For what they charge they should put the money towards new beds

The bathroom sink is built up on a stand that really needs to be cut in a curve so you wont' trip on it in the night. One of us got a bummed up toe from running into it. Other than that I would stay here again. It was the best all round

Super clean room, awesome location and easy check in and out. I cannot express enough how clean and well maintained the rooms are.
Height of shower head . Needs to be raised up but who cares its still a great place to stay.

The location was perfect to downtown Bryson City. We loved watching the train go from across the river in the morning and afternoon return.
The mattress on the bed needs replacing! Does not work for 2 people because you roll to center. Ended up moving to pull out sofa the 2nd night but not comfortable either. Our last night we ended up sleeping separately to try and get a good night sleep. No other complaints!

Great location with chairs and tables to relax and enjoy the river view. Older motels that has been updated. Very clean.

Room was good size for my wife and myself. We had a king sized bed that was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a rented room anywhere. The room was very clean. The river was about 15 feet from our door. I could sit on the deck and fish. Very nice. If I go back to that area I will stay there again.

The view sitting out by the river watching it flow and the overall calm and tranquility of the mornings and evenings. The owners were very nice and accommodating in answering questions about the town and good restaurants to eat at.
It needs some updating but with relation to the area we were in, it was a nice place.
