Avoid!!!! This hotel was listed as Asheville when it was actually almost 3 hours away. Realized after minutes after booking and called Booking and the hotel immediately. Booking said to call the hotel and the hotel said to call booking. Despite emails and more calls nobody helped. Dishonest about location and unreasonable and would not cancel.

I don't smoke and the room was no smoking but it smell like smoke so bad even the covers on the bed and the smoke alarm is covered with a bag

Room was dirty. Was switched rooms and still dirty. Was told the excuse of storms a week ago and they haven't had time to clean them since. Will not go back

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was simple but good. Good coffee! Check in was a breeze.

Nothing really - there was a continuing running of water in the shower which we reported but was a known issue that couldn't be repaired due to lacking a part.

New facility, feather pillows, clean

The road was kind of noisy

The breakfast was quick and plentiful, the location was across the street from a church, restaurants were very close and close to a gas and truck stop. It was close to an interstate.
