The comfort of the bed, it was as very nice 👍 room with parking got there late, but we was able to take hot shower and fell Right to.sleep.

property old and dirty, pool closed, no breakfast after we were told served 6am and at 730am no breakfast

The pool didn't work

it was awful the beds were very hard there were roaches. it was dingy just not clean at all.

the location close to restaurants and the fairgrounds

it is in serious need of an upgrade. bathroom was not particularly clean. no smoking room with cigarette burns on the tub. no plug in tub. we had 2 dogs with us (who only stayed in room when we were with them). we were charged $10/day per dog. my dogs were cleaner than the room. you were not allowed to take breakfast food out of lobby. inconvenient when we needed to be at the dog shows early. we never used the food at all.

Location, only hotel with rooms available at reasonable rates.

Dogs barking all evening and night. Nothing against dogs, I've had many but after my long trip I was robbed of sleep.
