Unfriendly staff, continual freeway noise, very poor soundproofing from upstairs, and no breakfast even though site stated breakfast would be available

Roaches in the room, wifi didn't work in room, lobby was closed off to customers so they have to check in and out in the heat whilst the innkeeper stays in the lobby alone and cool in the air conditioning. Smelled funny in the room as well. Toilet lid was actually zip tied to the bowl. You charge this much for your rooms and can't even take care of that, it says alot

Clean, big tv, great coffee, & area for the furry family. Front desk was kind enough to let us have 1st floor close to exit for the dogs. Will be returning.

The property manager is very professional and very helpful every time I stay in this area I always plan to stay here if a room is available.
The staff, both at the office and the cleaning personal, are very polite and professional and are very respectful..and the price is great as well for this area this time of year..I haven't found a hotel in this area that is as accommodating and respectful.

It was close to The Devil’s Triangle
The guy sitting in his car for hours smoking weed, the 2 women fighting outside while sitting in their vehicle, the giant wasp nest in the gazebo

Staff...rooms ..pool.. Pevrs at pool...no breakfast.no towels n room

The people were friendly and the pool was clean. The bed was comfortable.
There were dead bugs in one room. The tubs need new caulk or needs bleaching. The room was musty smelling.

According to the Booking there should be a breakfas. But in reality it was not provided.

Check in was mediocre. The check-in person was slow and not welcoming. Everything was done correctly, but I felt I was inconveniencing her.
