Location was good, price very reasonable, staff very friendly

Close to the wedding venue. Price was good. Bed was clean and pretty comfy.

The bathroom door was closed and when I opened the door it smelled moldy. The shower curtain was smelly like mold and there was red mold on the tile grout in shower in places. On the nightstand there were sticky rings on table like they hadn’t been cleaned well. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom without additional roll. I had to ask for one. I saw a lot of good remarks about cleanliness, but to me it was kind of disgusting. I should have asked for another room, but was just too exhausted and I knew I wouldn’t be there much.

The bed was comfortable but the headboard was very dusty which made me not want my pillow against it. The ac worked good

We don't usually complain but this just was not worth the money. First the man ask if we would take double bed instead of king bed we had reserved.i said ok but then We only had one wash rag for the 2 of us. The towels folded on the rack were damp. There was no breakfast. Big space behind AC we could see a lot of dust. Curtain wouldn't stay shut on window and people were right outside smoking.. we were on bottom floor so I had to fix if to stay closed. The telephone didn't work. Someone else had left the alarm set and it went off at 6:15 am which was very aggravating . There was smell of cigarette smoke in the halls from people smoking right outside the door. We were very disappointed because the reviews said it was very nice and said they served breakfast but obviously it changed owners or something happened.

It was a perfectly good hotel room for the price! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and there wasn't too much traffic in and out of the building. It was a perfect budget friendly hotel!

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a continental breakfast, and it could have used an air freshener, but it didn't stink.

Everything was primarily satisfactory. There was no breakfast, FYI.

The floor in the room was not clean. In the bathroom, you could see hairs on the floor. The hinges on the dresser cabinet were also busted. However, not being sure how well the room was cleaned really detracted from my comfort. If that hadn't been an issue, I would have almost nothing negative to say!

It was clean, quiet respectable place.

Air conditioner rattled very loud so I had to turn it off on a muggy night which wasn’t conducive to a good night sleep

Disappointed from beginning. Called Hotel direct. Was told no vacancies. Looked online. Said available. Called back. Still no availability. Couldn’t understand the one who answered. I asked again. Why no availability. Online says availability. So I book online. Got a confirmation #. All good. Got to hotel Check in. No discounts. No breakfast. Didn’t realize Drury changed ownership to Mustang Inn last year. Got my key. Went to room was met with a small dog in an occupied room. Went back to desk they seemed totally surprised. Didn’t like their attitude that appeared I was lying!! Told them someone was in that room with a dog!! Gave me another room. It was fine. We missed the breakfast and friendly staff that used to welcome us. We will be looking for another hotel next visit to Paducah!

See above One more thing. No working ice machine by our room. We could go up a floor or go to the one by the office back where the kitchen used to be. Not convenient. The comma areas were not as clean as they used to be. Just very disappointed. Will not stay there again.
