We booked here because they had smoking rooms. As soon as we got there the smoke alarm went off their solution was to open the window well it was 10 degrees outside. Other than that the room was small and in disrepair.

Just 'OK'

Could have used 1- a microwave 2 - a coffee maker 3- a comfortable chair

Very small. Smaller than typical hotel rooms.

We were traveling through, and wanted a place to sleep. This Microtel was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! Comfortable. Quiet. We even watched a movie with NO COMMERCIALS!!! Simple breakfast provided. Refrigerator for our picnic cooler and ice available. WiFi worked. Absolutely the best overnight of our trip and it was the lowest priced. And did I say, CLEAN? Not one wisp of a funky smell anywhere. The bathroom, tub and shower were immaculate. The room was carpeted, and the carpet was CLEAN. Run by a family, I think. Pleasant people.

The location was perfect. We had a bible conference at ozark Christian college and it was easy to get back and forth .

When we arrived at 11 pm the man at the counter was rude and very disorganized. He was helping one family then started helping us then when back to them and then while was working with us again started helping this other guy. Once to our room the room smelled awful and the door wouldn't shut properly. The side door next toout room that went to the outside wasn't lock just anyone could come in and out as they pleased.In the morning the breakfast was not something we could even have they literally had 3 bagels out and 5 muffins. That was all. we would have at least liked to have an apple to grab. I picked the hotel because breakfast was included but having a nut,wheat,dairy, soy,egg allergy means we could not have the poor option available.

It was limited do to supply chain issues

Half the lights didn’t work in the room, a pillow was missing, no Wi-Fi, no pool(repairs), and the shampoo was half used already!
