It was comfortable and convenient to our venue and also to food, and shopping. The staff was very nice and attentive except for one incident.
We discovered that our door was not locking when we returned to our room after checking in and leaving. I was traveling with a friend and we had our young daughters with us. my friend tried to contact the front desk, but there was no answer. I had not arrived at the motel yet, so she called me. I told her that I would stop at the front desk to see what I could find out. The lady working the front desk acted as if I was a bother to her. She appeared to not be interested, much less eager to help us. She finally said that she would come look at the lock. I had asked if there was a maintenance person who could help us, but she indicated that she was the only one on the property. I took this to mean that she wouldn’t be able to come check it out as she would have to leave the front desk. So I asked if there were an owner or manager that could come. In our conversation when I was explaining that even the dead bolt wasn’t working she said that no one else has had a problem with their door locks and it was fine earlier, stating that “someone” must have broken it. I took this to mean that she was saying we had broken it. I have no idea how we could even break it and why would we? we were staying the night, actually three nights. also, another friend of mine staying at the hotel had had a problem with her lock earlier in the day and had been moved to another room already. She finally, reluctantly came to the room, but did not communicate what she was doing. when I showed her that the deadbolt wasn’t even working, she stated that I needed to close the door to test the deadbolt. This was not the case, but she was very aggravated by this point. I can understand her frustration, it was not a problem that could easily be fixed. However, she acted as if we were just going to have to live with it. She then accused me of being aggressive because I was asking her if she could call the owner or move us to another room, or get us another hotel.

The front desk clerk is rude and disrespectful.
The room smelled like mildew.
Had to sign a waiver stating that if our things were to get stolen, the hotel was not responsible. Could hear the people in the other room going at it in bed. Explain that to your 8 ur old. I'm not sure how this hotel had a good rating. But it was horrible and will never book with them again. Breakfast was OK. But find a place to grab something not really up to par.

the location was perfect, the front desk manager and all other staff was great, Mrs. Vi and everyone else except for Yvonne she was beyond rude not only to me but another guest. we had to switch rooms on plenty of occasions because of the old model TVs not working, toilet broken, and sheets had horrible stains. It work for just sleep. The breakfast room was adequate. The location was pretty quite during the day. I would definitely stay again after they fix the bed bugs issues and without any inte

I never saw any breakfast. No big deal as I wasn't interested.
I checked in a few minutes after 9. The lobby was closed so I had to talk through the window. The person who checked me in had been working in the back and seemed irritated by the interruption of checking me in. I asked for a first floor room and she mumbled something. I asked her to repeat and she continued mumbling. Told me a number of things and I did not hear or understand any of it but decided I didn't care because of her attitude. Ended up on the second floor but no huge deal. Person who checked me out the next morning was very friendly.
