the smell of urine in corridors and room, closed door and absence of staff at the evenings and early mornings weekend, complicated system of receiving the keys to the guests by calling to staff and obtaining the code to open the box with keys, why not to send the code by email? The sheet at the bed was dirty , with awful spots of something awful((( no everyday cleaning of the room, You need to order it early and the hotel charge for cleaning additionally about 22 dollars

Studio apartment was fully stocked with everything needed, just bring food and drink. Nice central location, easy to get anywhere. Quiet

The carpet and bed in the room were ancient. Because of this the room had an odor. The sheets and blankets were washed but seemed old.

The staff was excellent and incredibly helpful. They provided me with valuable assistance a few times.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I complained about the sofa bed and they brought me an extra mattress. They were very polite.

The furniture and the rug are outdated. The sofa is uncomfortable. Everything is very basic: toiletries, towels, bed linens. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen, but not coffee.

The location was convenient to our business that we were doing in the area.The apartment was clean and the staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and the location was quiet.

There are a few quirky things with this older building, but that comes with old buildings. Like there was a short set of stairs that was mandatory to maneuver with our luggage and other things for this extended stay. We happen to be fit enough to manage it fine. Someone with ailments may not be able to manage this.

Lovely apartment and very very clean. Good location, walking distance to the City Creek shopping centre which was terrific. it was quiet and dark overnight in the apartment so that was a positive. Plenty of space in the apartment with the kids which was excellent. Staff were lovely too.

Just had a bit of trouble with the beds, they weren't very comfortable so struggled a bit with sleeping.

The wifi did not work, sometimes for one item, but that was it.

Close to city center. Just what we need for one night.

We couldn't get the thermostat to work in our room and it was stuck on 77 degrees. Since there is no night staff on hand. So we just turned it off and used the ceiling fan and a box fan in the closet to keep us cool.

There was no coffee provided in the room and the coffee lounge was closed.

Couch Bed had NO mattress and was very uncomfortable. Did NOT use the second and third night. Had to sleep on top of couch. I deserve some percentage of refund at least. Told Front Desk and they said they would contact YOU and the condo Owner, concerning this. Awaiting your reply......

Harmons Grocery store was in walking distance and allowed me to eat well and get coffee in the morning
