My first impression was the hotel was nice.

Room 225 the room had an odor and the bed was very uncomfortable. Had a hard night sleeping. Tried covering my face and was tossing and turning all Night and a couples bed knocking against the wall and them moaning was all I could take. Couldn’t wait to Ck out. Didn’t realize walls were paper thin

Clean. Location near UCF campus.

No parking. Cars were parked everywhere in lot even in fire zones. Had to park down the street In restaurant parking lot. The bed very uncomfortable. The room was next to lobby and too loud overnight. Bright lights from nearby business shining in window at night. The pool was still locked when it should have been open.

Everyone was very friendly, the location was perfect, everything was very clean, the room was very spacious and great value for the money. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was the best selection and quality of any I have ever had. The selection was excellent and the staff was very welcoming.

the beds were as hard as board, I had to go to the store and buy bed toppers to be able to sleep. The hotel did nothing to fix this problem they advised us after the fact that all bed toppers had been removed as they were remodeling. The room smelled like as the AC was off. There were huge water stains of the ceiling, the carpet was also stained. The room they gave us was across from the elevator so neat less to say the noise and kids running around didn’t let us get much rest. The elevators were also dirty.

There were no hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang your robe or towels! Also, there was mold in the bathroom shower!

Breakfast was great. Tony & Sean recommended a fantastic Mexican place to eat :)
