Location is convenient

The window was broken and did not fully close, so we heard every sound from the street and felt the wind pretty hard. The receptionist wasn’t able to either fix the window or move us to another room - why would you even keep a rooms open for check-in in such state? There were no snacks, bottled drinks available at the hotel, even for money. Hot water for tea was there 2/5 days. The AC in the room was very loud and woke us up at night. Not turning the AC on was impossible due to a broken window and freaking cold.

Nice and clean room, perfect location and area around hotel was immaculate, unlike some other places were there’s tagging and trash everywhere.

We could’ve used a microwave.

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Good shower pressure.

The bathroom only has frosted glass between it and the bedroom so if you're not traveling with someone who's seen you naked before, that will change!

Friendly and helpful staff and great location

Walking distance to main strip and close distance to many other locations . The retro look of the hotel and rooftop lounge though we were not able to utilize. :(

No microwave in the room and no ice machine available on the floors. Both required a visit to front desk for those facilities.

Location is everything with this hotel. The convenience of being 2 streets away from Hollywood Blvd was the main reason for choice and main highlight. Staff were also really lovely and helpful/professional.

Rooms are small, and the layout of the rooms is a bit strange. There’s the main room with beds/dresser/cabinet but also the main sink…then a room with the toilet and shower in. It wasn’t 100% clean and the air con unit was quite dusty which put us off turning it on. Not much noise/sound control as we could hear all other guests around us throughout the night.

Modern facilities, nice roof bar, very clean

No breakfast, Over $33 to park is insane, check-in/check-out hours aren't the friendliest.

great location and always so clean! the public areas are very well kept with a lovely scent throughout the corridors
