I had a pretty bad experience. Booked for only one night since my son had a soccer tournament in the city. We arrived around 5 or 6 pm and checked in. We went to our room and after 30 minutes we received a msg from the tournament organization telling us the tournament was canceled due Hurricane Hilary. We decided to check out and go home since we had no idea what was going to happen. We spent half a hour inside the hotel and they refused to make a refund. The front desk lady refused to do it and a friend staying at Residence inn ( literally next door sharing the same parking lot) also by Marriot, did the refund for all parents that asked. It was a hurricane!! Something we have no control over and they still refused the refund. I was charged 200 dollars + 15 parking for 30 minutes inside the hotel. I guess I am never staying at Marriot hotels again.

EVERYTHING! The moment I walked in the lady at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms was CLEAN and nice and roomy. The bed was SOOOOO comfortable. We will definitely be back. The lady at check out was also nice and helpful.

Please make breakfast last until 10. When your traveling and you don’t get to the room until 11 pm, and your exhausted….. having to get up early the next day for breakfast is horrible!!! An extended breakfast to at least 10 am would be great! Please add Kleenex boxes to the room. I was actually surprised that there wasn’t one. One last thing, provide flavored coffee creamer for the breakfast nook and leave the coffee out a bit longer! PLEASE 🙏🏽😊💖

We couldn't take a shower because the shower handle was broken. We felt very uncomfortable because the next scheduled time was very tight.

Getting our initial room changed to another part of the hotel. I had placed a request for a room close to an elevator as my ability to walk is limited (ADA). Their is two elevators on one end of the building, is was given a room furthest from the elevator which was an ADA room but it's location made zero sense which I spoke to the front desk person and they agreed and finally changed rooms after 30 minutes.

The breakfast station was a joke, the way it was set up in terms of self serve, was spotty with a divider between items..

Clean quiet room. Location close to home. Very nice staff. Plenty of storage and power outlets.

Initial booking did not mention $15 a day for parking, stayed here before without that. The breakfast was limited, and they did not bring out batter for the cook-yourself-waffles fast enough, very long line. They did not offer waffles one day, very disappointed. You must ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.

Accidentally booked me for 2 rooms but got it fixed without any issue or additional fees

The amount of noise that could be heard in the rooms. Room above, people stomping on the floor ALL NIGHT. Person in the hallway yelling profanity at guests. Paper thin walls. Pool and spa close to early, 9 pm. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Food not very hot, salt shaker (only one) didn't really work correctly. Toaster extremely slow and barely toasted after minutes. Canadian bacon was wafer thin, had to eat several pieces together to add real flavor/texture. TV didn't work. I have stayed there before but I do not think I will be returning. $200 a night from 7 pm check in to 9 am check out, no spa time, no sleep, bad food, certainly not worth it. Staff 💯.
