Das Personal war super nett und hat auch mal ein paar grundsätzliche Infos über das Hotel erzählt.
Wir hatten kostenlos ein größeres Zimmer erhalten und es war wirklich sehr gemütlich.
Wie überall in den USA das Frühstück.

Not much
Floors we’re disgusting, we would take a shower and walk on the carpet and our feet would be black. Carpet was sticky 🤢 pool was closed for a couple days during our stay…kids were not happy about that. Breakfast went to 9:30 but nothing was restocked after 8:30

The location was perfect! Right next to convenient stores like Walmart and good takeout places like In-N-Out. The room was really clean. The bed was huge I will be returning!
However, the pool wasn’t heated, but the hot tub was lovely

Exceptional staff. After fighting the 99 Freeway during bad weather, it was really appreciated that I had a cheery and helpful checking experience. Above and beyond my expectation.

Beds were comfortable
All the floors , both areas, were very dirty and sticky. So bad, my husband did not take a shower in the hotel room 😫

The room was good. It was quiet. Very comfortable. TV options good.
The grounds need some attention. The grass in the center should be taken out and replaced with a drought tolerant design with CA natives. The damp mossy grass is unattractive and outdated.
It would be nice if you could put in a fitness center.
There was no real oatmeal. On this cold winter morning I got up and hoped for a big hot bowl of real oatmeal. There were the Quaker packets. Just not the same.
The breakfast bar attendant was pleasant.

The woman who checked me in ended up double charging me for my room since I had prepaid for the room in advance. Then she had an attitude when I requested the invoice to reassure the reversal she initiated went through
