Breakfast OK, room was good, it had a small fridge. It was very clean.
Checking process was not so fast.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was limited but enough, you have to go early though. The staff was always helpful and accommodating to your request. The free parking was also a plus. Banning smoking was a great move also as the whole Los Angeles was smoking weed. We were happy that there wasn’t any smoking in the hotel building.
The smell of the rooms. It smell like old wet furniture. We left the window open all day to air the room. There were no bottled water provided in the rooms. That was one of our minimum expectations but they provided water in the lobby which you had to drink from a cup and there was a sign not to fill your bottles. The shower had was fixed so it was hard to take a proper shower.

No nos pudimos hospedar. Por que pedían identificación pot cada persona. Además el deposito era con tarjeta y es un riesgo que se pierda y aparte pedían tarjeta de débito o crédito con nombre y ya no se usa. Nos hicieron. Perder tiempo y desesperación y el servicio pésimo de la recepcionista

Underground and complimentary parking. Rooms have a balcony you can step out onto. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Felt very safe. Two elevators for convenience. Central AC/heat worked great, no issues with any appliances. 12 PM check out rather than 10 or 11 like other properties.

직접 만들어먹는 와플이 상당히 맛있었어요. 조식 시간이 6시부터 10시까지로 넉넉해서 좋아요. 방은 깔끔하고, 침대도 편안했습니다. 조용한 동네에 위치해 있고, 주차 공간이 넉넉해요.
방바닥이 잘 울리는 스타일이라서 옆 방에서 쿵쿵거리는 게 다 느껴집니다. 크게 아쉬운 점은 없지만 방음이 잘 안되는 정도를 굳이 단점으로 꼽을 수 있겠네요. 주변에 비슷한 호텔과 비교하다가 여기가 와이파이 잘 터진다고 해서 선택했는데, 묵는 기간동안 와이파이가 작동 안되어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Parking podziemny w cenie pokoju. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę co nie jest standardem pozwalało zaoszczędzić kilkadziesiąt $ dziennie. Personel bardzo pomocny i serdeczny. Czysto - starannie sprzątane pokoje oraz miejsca wspólne. Pokoje przestronne. Siłownia na miejscu. Doskonała lokalizacja bo przy samym wjeździe na highway. Blisko walmart, centra handlowe ,duży outlet i stacja benzynowa. Mieliśmy zostać 1 nocą zostaliśmy 4.

loved that they offered breakfast only downside was the small dining area. One morning it was very crowded and we left to get breakfast somewhere else so get there early.. Room & bathroom was very clean upon arrival.
The beds were just a bit too stiff for my liking.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. At first I was afraid the hotel would be a bit loud as it's close to some big roads and freeway, but actually with the A/C on we could hardly hear the noise - depends on where your room faces I guess. Most importantly great location.
Hotel hallway a bit dark. Hair dryer (which is supposed to be installed into the wall) was missing in our room for some strange reason but it's not a big deal for us

it was a warm welcome for us after the long flight from Europe. we felt safe. Free parking, really nice breakfast, gym, water fountain:)

The room was clean, breakfast was good didn't like that you had to eat in the dining room ihave small children and covid is still around!
The pictures are misleading the building is older and outdated. Only 1 ice maker on the 2nd floor small parking garage. Carpets in the hallway need to be updated. Location is ok.

location it’s close to highway too much noise / there is no green view or landscaping at all inside or out side your , or visible beautiful view from your window
same as above- it’s price compare with its service was high ‘ also I booked my stay from your website , I had all requested documents , I paid full amount of my expense but before they let me check in they ask 100 dollars deposit which will be refunded after check out about one week , how I could say no when travellers are there for their trip with my lodge , you did not write this as a requirement into your website or the hotel in their website
