The room didn’t stay cold but it was but it stayed cool

The stay was fine, the breakfast was edible. What wasn’t good was the actually shower towels. They are for a small adult. As in they are half the size of a regular towel. If you’re married and have a wife with long hair , you may as well find extra towels cause your wife will need BOTH small towels that are standard in the room. We asked for extra towels and they showed up 40 minutes later. Other than that , it was good.
Towels were toooooooo small . And you only get 2

The staff was really nice and respectful. They always greet you with a smile and how are you. I loved it so much I stayed 3 extra nights.

Trash cans completely full both outside and inside. Stayed 2 days and wasn’t emptied. Hallways were extremely hot.

I absolutely loved the free breakfast & the selection of herbal teas offered. We traveled for basketball camp & I felt really safe with the children.
The soft drinks are a little expensive but that’s about it.

Staff ensured we had what we needed. Staff was friendly.
We arrived at 2:40 pm and could not check in earlier than 3 o’clock. There is also a shift change at that time. It did not make sense to have both those actions at the same time as us and other guests were stacking up like firewood.

it need to be refreshed. looked old inside but clean. ice maker wasnt working on our floor. Very hard to turn left out of parking lot to go north. Very busy road. I wish they had a another entrance.

Reserved a handicap room. Hotel only had one handicap room and it was taken. Not good.

The surrounding buildings looked sketchy and there wasn’t really a place to walk my dog.

Parking is terrible! I would expect to have my Truck close to the hotel. I had to park in the hotel next to it. Icing on the cake, my spare tire was stolen!

Breakfast ok just need more fruits
On check in and paid $25. I forgot what it was for. Some hotels after paying there hahave no additional amount to be paid for on check in. The fridge has no freezer.
