Staff friendly, breakfest ok, nice pool area, pretty close to the shops. Toiletpaper soft. Pillows ans bed ok.

Room wasn't very clean. Wineclasses in the room were covered by dust. Mold at the bathroom. Lots of dust over the furnitures.

This guest house is very comfortable and clean. A perfect place to stay, the staff is extremely friendly. I was not expecting breakfast, but they do have freshly brewed coffee, fruit, juice, cakes & buns available. The room was very clean, pillows and bed were very comfortable and provided a good night sleep.

I liked everything about it from the location, layout of property, and the staff.

Although peace was one thing I was looking for, I was the only guest the first two nights which is no fault of anyone. Just timing.

The Coral Reef Guest House is a little oasis in the midst of busy Ft Lauderdale. The hosts are gracious and accommodating. This is our second time coming here and would gladly come again.

Loved staying here. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a 5 night stay. There is really good hot coffee available every morning, along with some cereal, pastries, breads, and yogurt. The location of the property is perfect, just a short drive to the beach and the restaurants downtown. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and very relaxing.

Breakfast was a simple continental but was perfect for our needs. The pool was fantastic and a welcome retreat from the heat. The room was comfortable and was exceptionally clean.

Room was clean and well-appointed; pool and poolside were clean and very pleasant. Owner, Wayne, and "JoJo" were very friendly and accommodating.

This place was all around exceptional. The property is gorgeous! Everything is very clean and well kept, every single staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful and even recommended great local places to eat at and visit. There is a pool and hot tub and those were super clean as well! The entire deck area and pool and hot tub light up at night and made for a very relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The room itself was very nice, spacious, had a very comfortable bed, very good a/c, and an especially impressive walk in shower. This was a lovely, peaceful, getaway and we were sad to have to leave!

We had understood it was so, so it's not something we didn't like, but folks need to understand it is an older construction with smaller rooms. But they are clean, well kept, and comfortable!

The room was nicer in reality than it looked on the website. Very comfortable bed and great rain-shower. Breakfast had all I needed and the coffee was excellent. The pool is heated to keep it at a perfect temperature and is in a very nice and well maintained tropical environment to have a relaxing time at breakfast or during the day. The other guests were very pleasant and international (apart from the majority who were from the USA there were also guests from Germany, Belgium and Brazil) and sounded happy there too. The location is absolutely perfect: in a safe and quiet residential environment with ample own parking, while also being only a short drive from beach, Riverwalk, Las Olas Boulevard, shopping and restaurants. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I will stay there again!

There was nothing that I disliked, but if I have to put something then I could mention the air conditioning unit which is not as silent as a split unit. The entire place was very pleasant but could use a bit of updating - and in fact they told me that starting in the week after my stay they were closing the Guesthouse for several weeks in order to do precisely that.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Location is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood that you can easily get to the beach, mall, food. Short trip from FLL Airport
