Always friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The rooms were very clean ,beds were comfy ,it was quite and the breakfast was top notch.
Only thing I notice was a smell in the hall ,but there wasn’t any smell in the room

The breakfast was awesome compared to most others. It was fresh tasty, many options. The lady in charge should be given a "TEN" for her presentation and social abilities.
I am a shopper and was disappointed that there was no mall of any sort, Walmart does not count!!
All was excellent.

The staff were all great. At check in the receptionists treated an unreasonably demanding and cranky guest calmly, professionally and reasonably. The woman in the breakfast room was hard working, friendly and very helpful. The motel was very clean.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing….not a good assortment of muffins or breakfast pastries…
And out of orange juice? Really?
No hard boiled eggs
The coffee for the coffeemaker in the room was horrible! Not enough creamer besides….why powdered creamer? The real creamers don’t need to be refrigerated…..or put out before a guest arrives….

rooms smelled. no security. front desk staff best described as indifferent. we ended up just writing the place off and driving another hour south the Brunswick and staying at the Best Western.
rooms smelled hinky. smell of smoke in a non smoking room. no elevator. the whole place need to be either torn down or renovated.

Location to destination of trip.
The staff was not very welcoming. All night we listened to someone stomping across the floor above us, sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. The next morning we had cold showers, the front staff assured us that it was being addressed. The only delight of the stay was the sweet lady who worked in the breakfast area.

front desk so personable arriving and leaving. such a clean environment…. no frills but clean. Breakfast was fresh and lots of choice. staff friendly and accommodating.
room was a little small but was fine for overnight.

everyone in the staff was super nice and friendly. the breakfast was awesome!
the shower was cold twice when I tried to take a shower and I had to wait and it seems like there was some damage to the bathroom from maybe water getting on the baseboards.
