Inn was in a great location, walk to a beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Property is in very well kept condition. Bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas free with room rental. Happy hour everyday. Wonderful gourmet breakfast. Good recommendations from staff for local spots to visit. Early check in without a hassle. Large landscaped grounds.

It was a perfect cozy hotel for our anniversary. Very close to the beach, friendly owner and staff, relaxing hot tub and free bikes - everything made our stay very pleasant.

Fantastic place. Breakfast every day was exceptional. Close to beach. Helpful and warm staff. Definitely will be back.

The location was perfect, so close to the water for a beach day. We loved using their bikes in the morning around the area and Adirondack chairs in the evening.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and hearty. The personal service and the visit from the owner was also a plus during breakfast. Everything was good and, I especially enjoyed the peach smoothie.
I arrived on my birthday and was presented with chocolate dipped strawberries, and a special red velvet cupcake that was worth having another birthday for....better than good. The front desk staff were the nicest people I have met in a very long time, and the owner was equally charming.

We were extremely pleased with our room and it's decor. MaryAnn and Peg were very personable and it was nice to chat by the fireplace. We stayed in the Winter Room ... The full breakfast was fresh and generous and the dining area was very inviting.

Online info said tv was available and it wasn’t. Poor lighting in the room. Cold coffee and room temp food one of the mornings. Very noisy neighbors on their porch but that was no one’s fault. Nice caring staff.

Everything was fantastic. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable. Facilities were wonderful. Location was perfect.
Hot tub was out, but that would not cause us not to recommend or return.

Comfy bed cleanliness
Room booked was under construction but not listed as such. Maybe a wonderful place 20 years ago. Bacon and sausage were sad at breakfast. Price did not remotely match what was offered.

Breakfast was good. My own personal preference - less sweet, more savory! The bacon was delicious but I generally run more towards the eggs benedict side of breakfast instead of the loaded-pancakes side of things.
That being said - I still ate every bite. :)
Really, not much. It was a quick overnight getaway for my wife and myself.

The stay was very nice. I was disappointed when I arrived at our room and realized we were not right on the water. I looked at the photos and in appeared we would have a view of the water from our balcony.
