The beds in the second bedroom were too small. They are for kids. My dad couldn't sleep well, he had to move to the sofa/bed.

Secluded and very relaxing! This location is beautiful, close to everything ( beaches, shops, food and anything in between)!!!

The location was great - close to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants, but set off of the main road enough to be quiet and private. The cottages were spacious, clean, well decorated, and fairly well appointed even though the kitchen was a bit "dated".

The ONLY negative thing that happened in the trip related to my party's stay was, after checking in, when my 75 year old father, who was listed as a member of the my party on the reservation but traveling in a different vehicle, arrived a little earlier than the rest of the party and was given a very hard time (he was actually turned away a couple of times), by one of the the male security guards, when trying to get to the cottage. This was upsetting and left a very negative first impression. However the cottage itself made up for this thankfully.

Everything was lovely. Great place , great location! Clean, Everything you need in one place.

Check out time could be more like 11 or 12

I did not dine at Coral Reef, but I enjoyed the restaurants (dinner and Posiedon) in the surrounding areas

Unfortunately, my partner had a waterbug crawling on her shoulder when she was sitting on the bed in the master suite, which freaked her out because she has a phobia of those insects.

The condo was very nice and clean.

The location was a bit of a maze to find and we discovered ants in the kitchen destroying our food when we returned from the beach.

It was clean, all appliances worked and we Loved being right across from the pool.

I would have like to be closer to the beach but honestly it's in a pretty good location besides that!

I liked how clean and nice the apartment was. I liked the free ride to the beach. I liked the activities you could do everyday.

I had to rent a uhaul because their was not one care to rent form the car rental places, I rented a car go van and at the last minute they said they where sold out of the vans. The only choice we had was to drive a 10' truck to the resort it is an hour away. We checked in like everyone else but was told we are not allowed to go into shipyard with our U-Haul truck they are not allowed. Then we where told we have to park it 2 miles away from our apartment and walk everyday or get a lyft to it. we all know you can't get a lyft. As soon as they found out about the U-Haul we where treated like trash not a guessed. We had to wait around for an hour to figure it all out. The manager was no where to be found so the lady at the desk was trying to reach her. All the other guessed just looked at us like we didn't belong to a resort. I was very upset and could hold back my tears as we where looked on so bad for having a U-Haul truck. We finally got a pass to go back after now an hour and a half. then we finally get to go to the apartment and we get stopped at the gate they won't let us in they call the front desk and they say yes we are ok to go back. This was a nightmare and embarrassing every time we had to go throw the shipyard entrance. We didn't get a packet with all the stuff from our concierge Stephan had to send it to me on text. we didn't know about the free shuttle to the beach we seen other guessed using the service we asked them what we needed to do so they gave us the number. On Monday morning at 8 am we had a ring at the door and someone coming in to the apartment while we where sleeping. It was the cleaning lady she said her boss said nobody was in the unit to go clean we said give us until 10 to come back we will be gone. at 9:30 am the same thing another lady rang the door bell and came in. we said we are not suppose to be out of the unit until 10 am give us our time.

The staff was very responsive and accommodating with us having a large group. The facilities were exceptional. We loved the seating areas near the kitchen and living rooms.

Clean, well enough updated.

Property was fine, directions to the building were very bad. TV cable was worthless.

Everything it was spotless like I would go again
