Location, the shuttle and the staff

Rooms were a little dated. Food options could be improved

Location was very convenient for skiing and exploring. Short walk to River Run!

The check-in process was the worst I've ever experienced. Upon arriving at the Lodge, there was no one there to assist with getting into my room. After calling the number listed in my booking confirmation and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was told that I needed to check in at a location a mile away (Keystone Condo Check-in building).

We like the convenience of the little "store" in the building that sold both food and liquor (and the prices were reasonable.) We like the proximity to the "pond" for the 9280 hockey tournament, and the pool facilities were very nice. The room was updated, but homey, and just really enjoyed the toiletries, cleanliness and items available for the "kitchenette." Even the pull out sofa was comfy!

We did not understand that check in was at a completely different location. A nice "staffer" gave us directions, and a few hours later when we went to check in, the staff was thorough, friendly and efficient!
