everything is very beautiful and clean

Perfect for small kids to have fun, but you have to pay for every single step which makes sense from a business perspective. I went there only to entertain my kid and the mission was accomplished, but under other circumstances I'd never pay this amount for a mediocre room in a mediocre location with no proper food options.
The mattresses could have been more comfortable.

The great Wolfs rooms were large and conveniently located to the indoor park ! although they were under renovations ! It was quite distracting with all the contractual work !
The water park was crowded , the tubes were far and few available , chairs and tables filled up fast , I’m need of cleaning and painting !

Our stay at the facility was good the grandkids had a lot of fun
Our rooms television did not work right, I tried to call the front desk but noone answered, I left a voice mail for a return call but did not get one..

staff was super helpful, extremely helpful, manager on duty when I stayed was wonderful, I stayed June 28 she helped check me in

The Waterpark is really small and run down. The Game room is tiny and looks like it belongs in someone's basement.

The amount dust everywhere in lobby, on beams, door frames, windows, cameras it's just disgusting looks like nobody cleaned it for 20yrs,

very kid friendly with story time, arts and crafts, dance show off, indoor park
it says they have a fitness center but when asked to employees, they apparently do not have one. this was a bummer.

That place was more then our expectations and that plabe is best for family vacation.
I thought they gonna have gym , spa and some activities for adults but I couldn’t find that .

I’ve lived in the poconos for 10 years and never went here, until now and I’d love to come back!
