Very warm and stuffy in the entire hotel. The property is badly in need of renovation. Felt 25 years old.

Ceiling patchwork in the bathroom looked a little rough but leaks happen I guess.

I like the lights in the pool and hot tub. The front desk worker was nice.

1. This hotel needs a QUIET HOURS time. There were children in the hall til 1:30 am making tons of noise, yelling, laughing. Not appropriate for a hotel that late. Post the rul and the time. Post the consequence. Enforce it. State it on the sites. Have guests sign a paper with everything listed on it. I spent extra $ to stay at a chain that is normally clean and quiet. I should get a 50% refund since I only got half of that. 2. Scheduling maintenance for the pool on a Sunday when you have guests is not a really smart idea...Mon - Thurs. Duh! 3. Breakfast egg bagels & ham was disgusting. Also, since the pool closed unexpectedly, people were in the breakfast area wet and with bare feet. Ewwwwwwww!!! 4. Lastly, turn up the temperature of the pool!!!! Who wants kids swimming in the hot tub?? Were the pool not FREEZING, the kids (and adults) could enjoy it! 4. Tell guests when they are checking in about the conservation effort with the key card to turn on the lights in the bathroom. I figured it out but told 3 other guests who didn't.

I think the hotel was having some heating issues. Our room was 80° all night and we couldn’t figure out how to turn our A/C on in the dark (as our son was sleeping when we realized what the thermostat was set at). However, the entire building was HOT. Otherwise, we had a great overnight stay!

The first room I was given was not clean, the second room couldn't be cleaned because a bag was on the cabinet

The bed was comfortable, the staff was very nice.

The light fixture in the bathroom was missing its shade and the charging port beside the bed was sticky. Also one drawer in the dresser would not stay closed

Everyone was amazingly courteous. I had such a good experience with staff and the facilities such as the pool, patio, and very clean rooms, I will always stay at this location.
