This hotel is new, amongst other new buildings, safe, easy to get to, very pleasant, reasonable. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, thinly sliced bacon, breakfast potatoes, & a full range of other foods.

We liked everything, and will return to stay again.

Times of the breakfast was a little confusing between weekend and weekdays. The breakfast was good and had good choices. Bed was comfortable.

Went through Booking.com Appears that I was charged two different fees for the two nights. Thought I had booked a room for two guests with two queen beds. When I confirmed the room before arrival; found out I had one guest with one queen bed. I had to get a rollaway for my adult son. Had an accessible bathroom but the tub was really high.

When got into our room we found the toilet to be inoperable. I called the front desk and they said they would get maintenance up right away. A few minutes later they called and said the maintenance man was in the middle of a large pool repair and asked if they could move us across the hall. We said of course, we have not even started unpacking our suit cases. The front desk woman was up within 5 minutes and moved us across the hall to a up graded suite! That's great service!!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pool was great for a little fun after being on the road. Rooms were comfortable and provided everything we needed, even had laundry facilities provided on each floor!

My family enjoyed the breakfast but I feel it could have been done better. Mainly the eggs- needed seasoning and to be broken up, they were served in big clumps. The coffee was just ok. I would have loved if they provided a non dairy milk for coffee and cereal. Possibly an almond milk.

We have been traveling across the US and most places the front staff have not paid any attention. Jennifer was very pleasant and welcoming. Later she even lead us to where we could wash the locust off our car. Dylan at night was also very friendly helping us with an issue in our room. Jennifer even greeted my daughter the next morning at breakfast(my daughter loved her and the donut was a bonus). The two staff members were wonderful.

The staff had a difficult time with checking me in. When I left after the second night there, May 6th I didn’t feel comfortable in that it appeared my room was charged to a Mastercard, which I don’t have. I had told them when I checked in on May 6th that I did not have a MC, again when I checked out. They said “don’t worry about it” and in the am on the 7th that they didn’t know how to fix it. I am wondering how this will play out. :(
