Very friendly staff
The large deposit

The lady who checked us in was amazing. She sat at the desk. This was around 5pm Saturday. Out of everyone we met during out stay She is the one who stood out and went above and beyond.
We decided to try Season's for dinner. We were seated, relieved our drinks and placed our order. An hour went by. No waitress, no food. A lady came up to us and asked us if we ordered yet. We let her know we did an hour ago. She did apologize and went and found our waitress. I ordered the French dip. It was old and way overcooked. I have a feeling it sat waiting to be served too long. We drive home the next day and I was super sick for most of this week.
The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. We checked in around 5pm. Somehow we were unfortunate and our room was next to an elevator. So we didn't get any sleep.
After a couple hours trying out the casino we never saw a cocktail waitress. I decided to stop by the poker room and ask about drinks. The people who work there were boardline rude. Told us to watch for a cocktail waitress. The entire stay we never saw one.
We just went and got a couple bottles of water and went to our room for the night.

The room was nice and comfortable. Clean and tidy.
I got a suite so I could prepare my on food needed for medical reasons. The room had everything Except a microwave. Very disappointing.

The seasons restaurant food was outstanding. Alot of food for the price. The waitress was also outstanding. She was out going friendly. The was very nice. This was the first casino that a employee walk around to see if you wanted you to cash in your tickets. The front staff was very helpful. Parking was great and they had a roving car to pick you up if you where park to far away.
The machines where alittle tight. The homeless walking around the floor asking for money or cigarettes etc.

It was a nice Casino, but too far off the beaten track. We expected nicer restaurant facilities, not a take out . The smoke in the main Casino room was too much for us to handle.

The room was dirty, could see build up of dust on the phone and bedside table. Casino was small and smoke filled.

Closer to the railroad tracks than I realized

Very nice rooms. Comfortable, clean and very tastefully decorated. We had an awesome view of Mt. Shasta from our room. I will definitely stay here again some day.

The staff was very friendly & welcoming. The property & rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Seasons restaurant has a nice diverse menu for American food. Reasonably priced with good food quality! If staying at the Hotel first time guests receive a generous $15.00 free play credit.
The main dining area was only open for lunch & dinner.
Only Breakfast option was the quick cafe.

everything was excellent - was just disappointed to discover a couple of things lacking (my fault for not investigating ahead of time) location from freeway and no restaurant
