Achtung !!! Betrug !!! Doppelte Zahlung !!

Front-Desk Mitarbeiter sehr nett

Wir haben im März gebucht und über Booking.com bezahlt. Vor Ort mussten wir erneut bezahlen da ein Interner Fehler bei Booking vorlag. Wir haben doppelt bezahlt in der Hoffnung das wir den Betrag zurück erhalten. Dies wurde uns schriftlich bestätigt! Der Manager wollte sich darum kümmern, leider keine Reaktion mehr. Sobald wir wieder in Deutschland sind werden wir unseren Anwalt einschalten und eine Anzeige wegen Betrug erstatten.

Enjoyed all three days. It was quiet. I really liked that. No one being load or running the hallway.

Breakfast was good and had plenty of seating. Lots of things to choose from. Love their coffee.

Maybe some biscuit’s and gravy added to the menu. Different shampoo and conditioner. They frizzed our hair. Thank goodness I brought my own. Other then that , everything was great.

The room was comfortable, the location of the hotel was great. Several eating options nearby.

The breakfast was good but not excellent. Some fruit items would be nice.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war sauber und in gutem Zustand, alles recht neu.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Frühstück und mit den Zimmern, die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, Badezimmer sauber und ebenfalls groß genug. Die Lobby war hübsch eingerichtet und großzügig bemessen. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig.Für unseren Zweck war die Lage direkt an der Autobahn ideal, da wir am Morgen weitergereist sind.

Dass beim Frühstück alles in Plastik verpackt war – und dass Fernseher im Frühstücksraum gelaufen sind. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Besichtigung würde ich eine andere Lage wählen.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities at reasonable cost

Room was very clean and neat. Provided everything you would need. Was quiet and comfortable. staff was friendly and efficient Location was great with plenty of near by shopping and restaurants.

Wasn’t anything to dislike.

Exceptional

There for Christmas gathering with extended family. Perfect location in an area we are familiar with. Our accommodations were perfect!

Only negative was that they ran out of some breakfast items Sunday morning, but we don't always eat breakfast at the hotel, so we were fine with what we found.

I would go there again. I highly recommend it.

I loved at how clean the bathtub was. I don’t think I ever seen one that clean! The room was great and the breakfast was good also

Comfy bed, soft sheets, room was cool. Close to everything.

Break fast was a nice spread. Coffee is awful. I appreciated the oat milk creamer. Place is beautiful.

Bath tub ceiling has leaking repairs needed. Some other misc repairs needed too.

the pool, staff, easy access, looks current and updated.

limited breakfast, did not get the room that was advertised and that I booked on booking.com. Hotel said it’s a common issue when booking through a third party site
