Wonderful location

The theme was cool, the room was big and the balcony was nice. Hot tub worked well and was clean.
Room heat/ac was loud, and the bathroom fan was loud plus the toilet kept running. One bed had a frame post sticking out that was a hazard.

Room, pool and location was great . The restaurant and bar were closed , but there was a small shop w/ drinks and snacks
The restaurant was closed

Great location near Palm Canyon. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and spacious grounds with plenty of parking and pools and all that! I guess I need another sentence for this review...

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It's in a great location, the space is fun, rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I normally enjoy my stay as well as prefer this hotel over others that I tried in town.
The morning after my arrival, and pretty much for the rest of the day the power was out in the town - so there was no coffee, fridge, hot water for shower, tv or light available in the room as I woke up. SDG&E had been doing ongoing repairs in town which they post on their website ahead of time - as I later learned from a couple of store owners. It would have been diligent of the hotel to alert the guests that a power outage MAY occur. This is not a force majeure situation so it would've also been nice for the hotel to offer a compensation or charge a lower rate.

Loved the staff and the location.
The mattress super.
I feel it is overpriced. Would have appreciated warmer blankets.

The room was spacious and had a bonus back patio that caught the afternoon sun beautifully. The location was excellent and the amenities were great.
We did notice the air vents in the room needed a good cleaning.

There were no giant blue slugs in the banana dog patch.
The restaurant is a burger bar.

Nice balcony, pool, and spa. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy them because it was cold and rainy.
The restaurant seems like more of a snack bar, but I’m not sure because we didn’t eat there this time.

Nice rooms and location.
no WiFi, which is just standard nowadays, and even more for 190$ room !

The atmosphere is fun
Maintenance issues...the air conditioning sounded like a diesel truck idling in your room. We couldn't turn it off because the doors to the balcony were locked and broken and couldn't be opened and most of the windows were painted shut

restaurant on site. lots of parking. responsive maintenance personnel. nice hot tub.
no housekeeping. we were there five days and had to chase housekeepers down for towels, empty trash, Tp, tissue when we ran out. I know everyone cut back because of Covid but most places are back to at least stocking up rooms that are occupied three or more nights.

Great setting with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Liked the western themed buildings.
Rooms are quite dated, but clean and spacious.
Hot tubs in severe need of plaster recoating.

we liked the location, the price and the western theme of the property.
Property needs painting on exterior. No breakfast available. Bed wasn’t comfortable.

Everything! Check-in was welcoming and friendly! The bathhouse was clean. We stayed in the vintage airstream super cute 😍 💕 stargazing at its finest 👌 Great burgers, drinks and entertainment..
The door that enters the bathroom. I would install a curtain for privacy

the location and the cleanliness. the rooms where big.
the bed was uncomfortable, and the restaurant was closed when we try to dine in, even when the hours posted said different.

The location was great
Our room was not ready at checkIn time. We were forced to wait to get our keys. Then we discovered that the water was slow to a drip at the sink and they didn’t address the complaint during our stay.

We were basically happy with everything; there was a dead spider up on to of the mirror in bathroom that housekeeping kept missing but at least he was dead! Best hamburger and shake in the world at Big Horn Cafe.
No overhead lighting in the room makes if very difficult to see.

Such a cute place! Room was big and roomy. Very quiet.
The beer was very over priced. That is really it. $16.00 for a coors light and a guiness was way too much.
