Location was great. Nice to have a parking lot although we ended up parking on the street in front. Room was clean and comfortable.

Outlets for charging devices were not very accessible. One of the windows in our room didn't close completely and it was a pretty stormy night. We arrived late and night staff was helpful texting us with information since no one was at the desk. The day staff were fine but not terribly helpful or friendly. They may have just been having a bad morning. Breakfast options were fine but nothing great.

everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good a close, walk or drive to most everything. We will stay again and recommend.

I booked this location based upon the walking distance to Jimmy's Jazz & Blues Club. Parking on site was perfect. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was just right with a selection of overnight oats, yogurt and granola, toast, bagles, fruit, teas, coffee, juice. Cozy and comfortable. Older furniture, but exactly what I expected for an inn. Love the communal sitting areas.

The room and bathroom were clean but the toilet in the room had broken buttons for flushing. It took a bit of work to get functioning.

we were on our honeymoon and got an upgrade free parking and correct continental breakfast. the common spaces, lobby and reading room are lovely and everything is well decorated for Christmas.

unfortunately the upgrade was in a cold room, with a broken heater, so we had to move back to our original room reservation; and the room was there too hot. the room could be in better shape m

Though they could update the rooms a little bit for the money you’re paying. But I guess that’s the charm of it.

Loved the architecture. Location was great. Room was large & clean. Staff was awesome! Access to coffee, etc., anytime was great! Perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is excellent, near to restaurants, shops and museums.

We could often hear voices and noise from rooms next to ours. Rooms weren’t serviced, except by request for a change of towels or other needs.

Bathroom, door knob loose, towel hook falling of of wall, shower valve very loose.

The location is excellent and easy to get too. Restaurants a block or two walk away. Ample parking at the back of the hotel. An old converted house. Has a lift! Large room, should have a King Sized bed (Queen Ok). One arm chair and has a small desk. Small bathroom with sink adjacent. Walk-in shower a bonus! Basic, continental breakfast but good quality. Great staff. A bit noisey with loud footed guests above, but no street noise. Lovely sitting rooms for quiet time.

I think the price point and room size warrant a king sized bed and better room lighting - a few floor lamps would add to the ambiance. If Im picky, the TV is one of the smallest Ive seen in recent accomodation. Really, a very nice place to stay and would stay again. Room temperature adjusted a bit 'tricky'.

Very attractive exterior, lobby and most public spaces. Breakfast was tasty & well presented.

Our first floor room was noisy, both from voices in the lobby and loud sounds from the floor above. There was peeling wallboard in one area of our ceiling. The auxiliary dining room needs updating. The downstairs entry from the parking lot is unappealing.
