Front desk person had no clue how to resolve my situation. Was told to call manager who was off. That was her responsibility and not mine as a customer. Bar staff was super rude (I think name was Juan). Refused to accommodate our food when ordering. After being treated so rudely we left restaurant (on site).

Good location. Close to all the places we wanted to visit.

There was no ice in our ice machine when we needed some.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Handicap amenities were proper and helpful.

The beds could have been more comfortable and less creaky. The main complain was the malfunctioning access door that was about 15 feet away. You couldn’t enter from the outside. Our 94 year old mother used the handicap parking space was just outside that door. She had to walk to the front doors to exit the building. The front desk staff let me know that exit door was not working.

We were given a room where there was a leak in the bathroom. A/C was not working; maintenance fixed that issue but our bathroom remained unseen and told they will send someone later on, never did.

The bed was reasonably comfortable although oddly short, I am only 5'4" and my feet were near the edge of the bed so I don't know how tall people could sleep there

This location is not great, sort of an industrial area. We weren't expecting a hip neighborhood as we were looking for something inexpensive but it was worse than expectations. When we checked in they told us they could only give us one key bc the system was down, but then we went to the room and that key didn't even work and we had to wait for a cleaning person to come open it. We asked what would happen if we both needed to leave the room and they said we would have to call and get help. They were at least nice about it. The room was clean but reeked of air freshener. The shower leaked onto the floor during use. The AC unit sounded like a train running through the room every time it turned on so kept waking us up all night. There was only a place to hang one towel outside of a rack that was inside the glass doored shower, which doesn't make any sense to me. They provided K cup coffee in the room, no tea, and they had a medium size bottle of water inside the room available to purchase for $6 which is exorbitant to say the least. Parking was $20.

The hotel is in a good location and the facilities are good.

The hotel had issues with the doors locking and couldn’t provide a set of keys. The beds were old and make a lot of noise like if they were about to break.

The room was comfortable enough. It was big, good closet and furniture. Good bathroom. They have some small shop you can buy snacks and sandwich. Good location, if you business is around the area.

They do not make your room if you do not ask. But although we did ask, they did not do it the first day. On the second day we insisted and they complied. There is a parking fee of $ 20/day, not advised on booking. Breakfast expensive and poor.

I loved how quiet it was. The staff was wonderful, very helpful. And I will be staying here again.

I would say add a complementary (continental) breakfast, and if they can build the bar out more for evening entertaining. But I understand with COVID still active and it being family friendly that may not be possible. But I really enjoyed the stay.
