The staff was really nice, very welcoming and just very kind. The breakfast was decent
The pool was a very cold and the hot tub no where near hot my babies bath water is warmer

The wheelchair accessible room was very spacious and I was able to get under the sink.
The shower was not a roll in shower, it had grab bars and a shower chair was put in the tub, this was not accessible

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Nice large room. Good breakfast. Lemon water at front desk a nice touch!

average, I like fresh english muffins, hard boiled eggs and REAL butter
I asked for a printed receipt. I booked through Booking.com. I was told I would get a receipt from you, which I did. For my expense reporting needs and printed receipt at check is helpful. As a three to four night a week traveler, that was unnecessary aggravation. Most locations are more than happy to accommodate this simple request.

The hotel was clean, the staff were all friendly, there was a free breakfast, lots of options, the rooms were a good size, great location, they have a pool.
No complaints, we will stay here again.

Very clean, nice facilities. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was good.
First time ever that the beds were just not comfortable - kept waking up all night. Very noisy - people yelling in the halls after 10PM. Has anyone ever considered booking rooms by age group? An option to put on check in?
