Good location and food, and the pool is convenient and warm.

Atrocious service - non-existent most of the time and stand-offish/rude the rest. There is a concierge available by text which was relatively useful for dinner reservations etc (answers within 15-30 mins). However, reception were essentially useless; every time we asked anything of front desk we were told to text concierge and sometimes you just need an answer. Also, the hotel seems to be an insta-spot so is jam-packed with non-hotel guests; this made it way too busy for our tastes but I can see why others might like that. Although, it's worth noting there is no security on the lifts and some of the day guests seem to sneak up to the accommodation floors so they can check out the rooms. At one point a couple of the day guests came up to the 4th floor and came into our room just nosing around (the door was ajar as one of us had just popped to our other room). When we told the front desk they essentially shrugged and asked us why our door wasn't shut. I guess it's a somewhat fair question but it's also more than fair to not expect random people to be roaming the halls and entering your private room.

it is a very old hotel that has not been refurbished for many years and should in fact be completely renovated . We took a suite to have more space but in this case it meant an extra room with old and worn furniture. The worst part is the bathroom which is extremely small and completely worn out. Staying at this hotel is absolutely not worth the price you pay . We had a reservation for two nights but we left after the first night because we couldn't look at the old furniture, bathroom, corridors. We were afraid to go into the pool because it was also very old. In addition, the hotel was undergoing some renovation. This hotel needs a complete refurbishment to bring it back to its former glory. We have previously stayed at The Ben in Palm Beach and this is a hotel that is the complete opposite of the Colony and worth recommending.

I absolutely LOVED my stay! Beautiful hotel, all recently refurbished. Extremely cool design, excellent service, very helpful & warm stuff, excellent location (close to everything and most hotspots are within walking distance), great fitness club, delicious restaurant... My stay at The Colony was a dream come true! Highly recommend it. An absolute must if you're visiting Palm Beach!!

Beautiful hotel , rooms individually curated. staff welcoming and extremely helpful. Restaurant and cafe both excellent. Outside public areas beautifully presented. Staff set up all facilities on the nearby beach ; coordinating deck chairs and umbrellas.

Renovation work going. we were not aware of any renovations prior to arrival. Drilling from 7 am. Hotel room and lifts smelt dusty.Had to curtail trip as dust triggered my asthma

Location is the best in Palm Beach

Apparently some rooms had been upgraded, however neither of ours were…Also their prices for breakfast, one of the best, has escalated considerably.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel pool and building were beautiful. Great place for people watching, and the location was super.

The bathroom of our Junior suite was small. But our main complaint was the view, our suite had a lovely view of the car park next door. It would have been nicer to have a pool or view elsewhere.

Service was poor , room was not very clean attention to detail is lacking compared to our last visit , paying almost a $1000 dollars a night for a room and not being able to get a drink in the bar at 6 pm because it was full of people not staying there is not acceptable

We enjoyed a poolside lunch that was fabulous. The room was just perfect, and the staff was very accommodating with some deliveries we had sent to the hotel to pick up upon arrival, thank you!

The valet was extremely rude about photos in the lobby. He yelled at me about snapping a photo of the beautiful Christmas tree. He was extremely rude and did not match the courtesy of the rest of the staff.
