Clean and comfortable. No frills but definitely a decent stay

Nothing really. Stayed here during a snow storm and lot was no plowed.

Great location and great people can't ask for more I've been coming here about 6 years and will continue to come and stay.

The bed was pretty comfortable. It was clean overall. The owner gave me a few tall coffee cups to make hot water in the microwave for coffee. I appreciated that.

No coffee maker. Kind of worn furniture.

Fantastic location. Very comfortable mattress, but the pillows were too small and too hard. There was some cobwebs on trim and the bathroom floor had hairs on it.

It was super clean for a motel. The bathroom is all white which helps because you can actually see how clean it is. The beds were comfy, surprisingly, as most hotel/motel beds are not, in my opinion. It was quiet, and even though decor is outdated, I much prefer cleanliness over decor!!! Would definitely stay there again. Best part, it was the best value for the price.

Good price

The place was pretty beat up. Several cable channels were spotty to the point of not being watchable. There was unfinished drywall around the ac unit. It was fairly clean but felt dark & dingy. I would never have stayed here if my wife was with me but since I was traveling alone I treated it like camping. The staff was nice & I don’t like giving a bad review but the truth is the truth. Like I said, the staff & owner were nice so I hope they make some improvements.

Slept soundly. The hotel was very conveniently located for my needs. The rooms are small/quaint and had microwave, frig, and TV.

Staff was kind and helpful. Bathroom was clean and room smelled fine.

Carpet was badly stained and bed covers were stained, even but sheets were clean.

I was looking for a last minute, budget priced place in a high volume tourist destination. Expected that to be hard to find and I was willing to put up with what I could find. Sunset Inn exceeded expectations: staff/owner was awesome and very helpful, room was very clean and nicely furnished, bed was comfortable, internet worked great, bathroom/shower worked great, perfect location close to food, recreation, transportation, etc. I didn't feel like I sacrificed anything that I wanted/needed in order to to stay here.

I forgot to ask for a non-smoking room (actually forgot that some people still smoke) and wish I had asked for a nonsmoking room. But I didn't...my bad.

I have stayed there several times over the years. And everything was good, not great, but good. Just stayed there in the beginning of August. The place went to the dogs. It was dirty. We had no towels, toilet paper, etc. There was black hair all over the bathroom floor. Stayed in a double queen room. One of the beds sheets where stained. Please save your money. Go somewhere else
