The hotel is horrible, do not go! the girl at the reception knows that the hotel is in terrible condition, she asked me if I wanted a non-smoking room, I said yes, and my room stank of cigarettes, there was no light, only one lamp, the water in the toilet did not run , the bathtub had mosquitoes, the door lock did not work, it was unsafe, I left and asked for a refund and they did not want to give it to me, the photos that they show in the application are not real, do not fall into the same trap, I left from there running

We were there for maybe 20 mins. The pillows were dirty the room smelled like body odor. It was not a comfortable at all. We had to leave. We received our deposit but not a refund.

Absolutely nothing.

The lady at the front desk got irrate with us as we were checking in. Then they wanted to charge another fee as we showed up that was not stated in the online booking. The room they tried to give us didn't have a working TV in it and still wanted to charge us full price for the room. Was trying to talk with the lady at the front desk and a man from the back room decided to come out and start yelling at us.

Lisa the office manager was rude and disrespectful and will lie to get what she wants. The only staff member that was helpful was the mantnise man. Thank you to him. Lisa had me kicked of the property supposedly for to much traffic. When I did nothing but go to work and back. If the owner would do something about her then this place might be ok.

The room was clean

The staff was short and hateful not friendly at all the rooms need work they took half of our deposit after telling us that we would get it all back when we checked out. They told my daughter it would be 62 and some change and when we got there they told us we had to pay a deposit so I had to come up with another $40.
