Access and directions were precise and easy to follow. The unit was clean and fully furnished. The neighborhood was quiet & nearby to many eateries. I will definitely be staying again.

No where to smoke on the property. Who wants to leave the property for a smoke. In car or parking lot should be allowed. Too many inside the room rules also

very clean , location is good , plenty of places to eat nearby, activities aren’t to far via uber, but we decided to rent a car instead.

uber and lyft are too expensive from location , not bad but it’s more economical to rent a car

The location was great! It was easy for me to get to everything within 15min.

When I first opened the door the smell greeted me first. It wasn’t a pleasant smell neither. I had to leave and go get a candle, laundry beads and cleaning spray to freshen it up. It was outdated, it reminded me of a hotel in Miami Vice.

The most important thing you should know is… I felt safe!! First time traveling alone to ATL and I made sure I did a lot of research prior to booking here! I do not regret it one bit! The studio was spacious and comfortable! The hosts were very responsive from the moment I booked until check out. I work remote and was here for a last min work event. I did work remote while staying here and it was quiet, WiFi worked amazing… everything exceeded my expectations! I will definitely book again!

can’t find what I didn’t like…

I was very impressed with the furnished apartment, clean and felt like home. It smelled stale at first but I got some deodorizer and opened the windows for fresh air. Would stay again and again when in ATL!

Really no negatives other than the stale smell at first and I noticed that the bedding wasn't as clean as it should be. I don't think the sheets were freshly washed because I noticed a couple of spots when pulled back!

I like that there is a full kitchen. The strict rules are great for those that like peace and quiet.

The bathroom was the most difficult part: grout stained really bad, constantly smelled like "pee" the entire time were were there thus never smelled clean, very outdated. Mattress was painful to sleep on. Found a cockroach, but I guess it's a common enough phenomenon to warrant a can of bug spray under the sink. The room itself gave no indication that it had been sterilized/cleaned per Covid-19 guidelines. The guests are expected to partial clean the rooms upon check out, which makes me question how thoroughly these rooms are professionally cleaned by the staff.

Breakfast was not a part of our stay, but the location was okay. A lot was going on with the conference and concert around and in the Georgia World conference center, but the GPS took us downtown via the back street away from the highways and we got downtown without a hitch. We loved the bathroom, and the rooms were spacious. We only heard the train once, even though it was across the street from the apartment.

The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe, it would have been nicer in even stick-up solar lights could have been added along side the building next to the gate pathway. It was very dark once we walked through the gate towards the courtyard through which was access to the apartment door.
