Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast for the road trip home was much appreciated. This is a nicely located and well staffed location.

This place is right in town very, close to everything. There's lots of choices for B&B but the staff and owner Ed makes the difference at The White House Inn. I walked at least 4 miles a day and it was very close to the famous river too. Services were exceptional. Breakfast was made fresh daily with lots of variety. My grandson is highly allergic, but they gladly opened the kitchen for me at any time. They were very concerned about allergies and offered adjustment when necessary. However, I had prepared all meals ahead. They offered the freezer, fridge and anything else to prepare my grandson's food as needed.

Location was excellent. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but one evening shift person did not even acknowledge our presence. Breakfast was good.

We were unaware that we had one night in one room and our second night in another room.

We loved the proximity to the main avenue and restaurants. We walked every morning. We loved the breakfast and enjoyed the lovely staff. This place could be quite charming if cleaned up a bit.

We did not care for the cobwebs all around the ceiling and spiders in our room. There was a odor in the bathroom and bedroom which was stale and musty. The porch outside the bedroom could be charming, but was dirty. Could be power washed. After 9 p.m. when we returned to our room, we were greeted by a guest in the room adjacent who told that there would be two people sleeping in the common area on the love seats. No staff advised us of this. It invaded our privacy as the new guests arrived late and were not quiet, waking us up. The next morning they woke us up at 6:10 a.m., talking loudly. We expressed our concerns to the night manager the night we learned of this arrangement and were informed to let the morning staff know about it when we checked out. We were given the night free, which was very nice, but this should never have happened, and someone on the staff should have been the one to ask us if we had any concerns before allowing it. The cost of our room was almost $300/night.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Breakfast was very good except for the bacon. It was thin and had a very unusual taste.

Clean and comfortable facility with a lot of charm. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to the baseball hall of fame, to downtown shops and restaurants, all are in easy walking distance.

The is only one thing that is not ideal, being an old home the sound carries well.

Awesome location, walking distance to baseball hall of fame, restaurants, and CVS! Staff was also super nice and friendly. The room was very cozy.

Very convenient for me. Easy walk to Main St. Not far from my work

John was an excellent host. The hotel was ten minute walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame. My husband enjoyed his visit to Cooperstown.
